Carcassonne (my favorite iOS game, the prettiest app I’ve used and possibly the one I use most other than Echofon) just released an update that adds the option to buy two expansion packs: Rivers ($.99) and Inns & Cathedrals ($1.99). They’ve also added an option to hide remaining tiles bringing it closer to playing the table version of the game (which I’ve only done once). At $12.97 for the game and expansions it’s a little pricey, but since buying it over a year ago I’ve played just over 200 games, making it well worth the money.
