Ever heard of muscle memory?

This post illustrates one of my major pet peeves with Windows Phone 7: the keyboard is not in a fixed position. If an app uses the ‘Application Bar’ the keyboard shifts up meaning that you have to adjust how you’re holding the device in order to hit the keys. The relative position to your fingers is always subject to change. And because you have no idea where the keyboard will be, you have to think about it every time. This is really inexcusable.
