Trying to submit a form to contact a hotel chain about an issue I have with their loyalty program. You have to select from all of these options and this isn’t even the entire list. And best of all, my issue isn’t on there anywhere but I had to read every option to know that. Plus, that’s a lot of things they’re expecting to hear about. Maybe I don’t want to stay there again.
